Love this place always bring in my out of town guest here. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I always walk away with a great experience. Last week we were in and the staff took the time to help my daughter find some great mermaid gifts for a birthday party we were going to.

Stopped in La Sirena on a recent day trip to San Diego. Being a jewelry addict I had to stop in. Several items caught my eye and I ended up purchasing a ring. I would have stayed longer and bought more. But the sales clerk was sullen, rude, argumentative and just plain miserable. Not the person I would want manning my shop. I almost walked out with nothing, she made it so hard to shop
