I lived here for about a year and a half. While the community is visually appealing and has nice amenities, the pricing is excessive and my experience toward the end left me feeling unsafe and dismissed. There are hidden fees I did not see in the lease, such as a $10/month “first floor fee,” despite the fact that I could hear every step from the unit above, even late at night. Will highly recommend living here, they have so many great things to offer. Pool, gym are great, my favorite! & Whenever I have any questions Nora is always the one to have the answers. She truly is making my experience living here stress free!
We have been living here for two years and the experience has been great. It is quiet, clean and organized. Both administrative and maintenance staff are friendly and always ready to help. All maintenance request are promptly answered and resolved, what is very important for us. Overall, I would recommend to everyone new to the valley.
Amazing and spacious place to live!
Great place to live, great service in office and Nora helped us alot. They also have great gym.
