I am no longer a fan of these apartments I felt disrespected and I will tell you why! Yesterday when I called to ask if there was an alarm going to go off today, and I had told them my situation and they had specifically told me no, which was a lie! So the alarm interrupted my son’s home, School and therefore now I am in trouble because he wasn’t able to attend his homeschool due to these apartments, not caring! My dog was freaking out as well! There’s mold in restrooms , my kids room ac don’t blow air room always hot, people’s whit dogs don’t pick up after them .

I lived here for about a year and a half. While the community is visually appealing and has nice amenities, the pricing is excessive and my experience toward the end left me feeling unsafe and dismissed. There are numerous hidden fees, such as $65/month for cable—even if you don’t use it—and a $10/month “first floor fee,” despite the fact that you can hear every step from the unit above, even late at night.
