My experience opening a lease and delivering the apartment was professional and excellent on Alexia's part. Later, I requested to add my wife to the contract. Their management is despicable. Extremely unprofessional - will screen your calls, won't reply to emails, and will be petty with you if you air your frustrations out to them. I once had one of their management team tell me that she does not care about how I feel about her own mistake. They seem to be responding to reviews with rather interesting responses such as "while we've already fixed the issue..." as if they did not cause the issue tenants are complaining about to begin with, which further exemplifies their confirmatio... read more
