Management just... didn't renew our lease, hasn't communicated anything, and started to refuse our rent. They just claim to be busy and that they will communicate soon, but then don't follow up. I always have to go in person because they don't respond to emails or calls. I don't know what they are trying to do here, but eviction here is illegal without proper notice.
Maintenance team is great!
DO NOT RENT HERE.!!!!! Everyone’s bikes in the “locked” bike storage were vandalized to shreds and stolen for bike parts. After reaching out to management they have not responded and closed the leasing office after getting several complaints from other residents here. They are purposely ignoring everyone. And while I’m here, the hallways smell of rotten garbage all the time and there is NO camera surveillance anywhere on this property. Not cool.
My experience opening a lease and delivering the apartment was professional and excellent on Alexia's part. Later, I requested to add my wife to the contract. Alexia also assisted me and I received the same prompt and friendly service. The apartment I rented is in good condition and clean. Thank you very much for your service.
