So disappointed in this place! The 5 of us went there for lunch today about 2 PM. The place was pretty busy, with lots of employees buzzing about. The group in front of us (also 5 people) was seated a few minutes after we arrived. My family stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without a single person acknowledging our presence or asking us any questions, including the size of our party.
