We needed to move to Burlington and were searching for an apartment when we discovered LaSalle Towers. We booked an appointment, and the building manager, Anna Tchaprazian, personally gave us a tour. From the very beginning, we were impressed by how much she genuinely cares about the building. Everything was outstanding — organized, clean, and very well maintained. Anna and Shaun have been fantastic building managers. They are professional, approachable, and very responsive whenever something comes up. The building is well-maintained, clean, and organized, and it’s clear they truly care about the residents. Their support and clear communication really make this a great place to live. Also, the lobby gentlemen are always polite, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended.
A big thank you to the management team at La Salle Towers, especially Anna and Shaun, for always helping promptly, being friendly, and solution-oriented. The building is well-maintained, peaceful, and in a great location on North Shore Boulevard. It has truly been a pleasure living here, and I highly recommend La Salle Towers to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place in Burlington.
Noisy. Really Noisy. Unlike any other building we've lived in. If your upstairs neighbour doesn't have rugs you'll hear them talking, dragging furniture, chatting with friends, etc. If you're unlucky enough to have someone dog sitting upstairs you'll definitely know it. It's a shame. Great location, friendly staff. It's just dark, and dated and, judging by the noise, it's constructed from paper maché and popsicle sticks.
