This is my second time here, both times I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I have a child with special needs, so this makes it especially difficult. The referral department missed a highlighted notation regarding what was being requested and why for a specific test/specialist my son needed to see, which caused a 3 week delay in getting a referral going. Very dissatisfied and will be looking for a new doctor when this process is over.
