Management is very poor at responding back to residents in a timely manner. They only employ 1 maintenance person for over 100 apt units. Maintenance is never done in a timely manner.
Lived here for a year. The unit itself was not bad (other than a few roaches here and there) just the complex in general. Property manager did nothing when my car was vandalized and said she couldn’t find the footage. I lived next to a creepy old man who would knock on my door to ask if I would help him fix his tv. If you do plan on living here just don’t live in apt. 253 because you will hear him grunting at all times. Also don’t use the laundry room because all the machines are from last century.
If you don't like to throw your money away don't come live here unless you will go to an actual Laundromat, like I do. My apt. wall heater never works, technically we need a new one. The washers are always broken down, clothes come out soaked wet so you will give away your money to the property. Pool is dirty, the furniture it's all broken. The rent is too high to live here.
