After purchasing a home with a realtor from this brokerage I would say that you can NOT trust anyone. The broker had this listing and I agreed to buy through her as well but it was the biggest mistake! She only looked out for the seller and I mean only looked out for him was an understatement. I could literally sue from all the "things" I was left to do on my own.
