Brigida was very rude and very unprofessional when We moved out of a house that Victor velepucha and Elva velepucha the home owners failed to inspect there property after each tenant left accusing the next of the previous repairs that they should have done before someone else moved in and taking there money and not giving it back. The house was full of mold and many repairs that are now having to be done on my behalf. I would not recommend doing business with brigida Lopez or renting 5525 forest ridge drive. Maritza Lopez makes appointments in which she fails to show without the courtesy of a cancellation. Seems to have no problem that clients or listing agents drive there to make the property available and then sit there and wait, wondering if she is late, until they finally reach out to her to ask her ETA, only to learn that she has cancelled, with no explanation nor apology.

I had the worse experience with Mrs Chichi "Cigdem" Castro. I asked Chichi to help me sell my business exactly 17 months ago. She said that she would be working with her “whole team” of experienced business realtors and that she would be able to help sell it in no more than 6 months. After I sent her all my financial and confidential information, she came back telling me she would be interested in buying it herself.
