She got really mad saying "we wont get anything back and those tenants are hers". She tried to find a different home for the tenants we have on our property. I had a very bad experience with this company, in particular Anthony Rivera. This realtor did NOT DO HIS JOB and research on properties that he showed us, as a matter of fact this person showed us houses that were cash only homes, brought in a mortgage broker who failed to do his job for first time home buyers, and did not have the customers best interest in mind when showing homes that were in need of repair, missing major things like sinks, counters and major roof damage. I want to be completely honest about my experience. I worked with Zony, and at first, she seemed very kind and helpful. However, over time she became increasingly pushy and unprofessional. Throughout the application process, I was upfront and transparent with her. She did assist us in getting approved for the home, but afterward, additional unexpected fees began to appear.
