Bought a cake to celebrate my brother’s birthday! (February 9) When i opened the cake the strawberries had visible mold on them, the cake had a strong rancid smell. Will definitely not return to the bakery. Do not recommend. The service was friendly, but the food quality leaves a lot to wish for if their cakes go bad on their fridge.
Bought a cake on Friday,that the manger put happy birthday on. Cut the cake to see it had mold. called the company and there was no answer, went to the store showed photos to the manger, who had put Happy birthday. He wanted the cake in order to give refund. The manager told me to never go back to the store.😡😡😡😡 check your cakes....Dont worry manager I don't ever want to go back.🤢spoiled strawberries 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Picture of the rotting cake attached. TODAY IS MY SONS 4TH BIRTHDAY. LA REYNERA HAD A MONTH TO MAKE MY SONS CUPCAKES, AS I PAID & ORDERED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR 4 DOZENS OF CUPCAKES. YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE HOW ANGRY I WAS WHEN I WALKED IN A FOUND OUT THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT CUPCAKES I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THEN THEY FIND MY SLIP, & SAY OOOOOOPS.... ABSOLUTE BULL!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO THEN RUN NEXT DOOR TO HEB WHERE THEY QUICKLY MADE MY ORDER & IT WAS DELICIOUS..... MORAL OF THE STORY, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
Ordered a cake 3 days before & paid it all & sent a picture to the baker. All in vain because I got something TOTALLY different & SLOPPY. They tried giving me only part of the money back but it was so ugly I didnt want it at all they ended up giving me a refund. I wish i would of known they were sloppy bakers I would of gone somewhere else. Extremely frustrating having my sons 2nd birthday ruined because they're so unprofessional. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. 👎👎👎👎👎
