I always like to find a nice hole-in-the-wall place to eat and yesterday I received a tip from a local here in Abilene that the Taqueria La Ranchera had authentic Barbacoa and Menudo, so I thought that I'd try it for breakfast. I had Barbacoa, eggs over easy, beans, taters and tortillas. Dayaam it was good and I hurt myself.
