Went in to get a pin for my watch bracelet. They quoted 18 dollars and 34 if they replaced it. No way I was getting gouged that severely. Went to another jewelers, and the pin was free of charge. Guess where I will be making my purchases in the future.

We had three watch batteries to be replaced and a link taken out of a watch band. They were very nice and accommodating as they were able to get finished by the time we were done shopping at Costco.
Negative stars! It was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I had a necklace that just needed a larger clasp because I said it was too hard to connect the two ends together. He put on a SMALLER ring so it was even harder to clasp together. Then, he wanted to charge me $50 more to fix it. I calmly asked for a refund and said he was welcome to take back his clasp. They messed up my earring they smooshed and stretched it out of shape put on the wrong clasp this makes me sad they were very nice earrings now they don’t match… I hope this isn’t a racial thing my mom can look very terminating until you speak to her…
