fui dos veces a recepción a quejarme del cuarto la llave del agua caliente no funcionaba y no fueron hacer el aseo al cuarto dos veces y puse una queja en el hotel y no recibí alguna recompensa por el mal servicio que se tuvo en la estadía de esa semana
It was a great stay, close to good restaurants and entertainment centers. Easy to get to, but out of the way.
I had booked an 8-night stay here in July 2025. However, after the second night I checked out after more than 24 hours with NO HOT WATER!!! The entire hotel did not have hot water, and although signs were posted that it would be restored within 24 hours, IT WAS NOT. For this blatant health and sanitation violation, I was only given a $30 credit. I will never stay here again.
Room dirty, old stained furnishings, old mattress, Rude front desk young lady. Won't ever stay here again. Was so glad to check out.
