Very nice
Absolutely horrible customer service. Was hung up on twice while trying to reach a manager. Staff member wouldn’t give me her name either. Absolutely appalled by what this hotel calls guest service. Save yourself the irritation and stay at a Hampton inn. AND NO I DONT WANT A FREE NIGHT
The evening front desk girl was extremely rude. We booked our rooms a week in advance and was told I could get a CDL discount. Upon checking in she said my rate would go up if I used the discount since the were sold out. After trying to figure all of this out, she finally looks up and says, So do you want the damn rooms or not. Very unprofessional and rude. Rooms are nice, but I won't be back because of her rudeness.

Awesome hotel and staff. Clean, spacious rooms and very pet friendly. Shenoa (so) took care of us and made sure we were happy with our room.
Was booked for a king bed, when plans changed and the family came with, they got me a different room when it was a oversold weekend
We had a group of us come down from Woodland Park for some work training classes. The rooms were scheduled wrong by the co-ordinator. The staff here was very pleasant about fixing it for us. Great, friendly staff. The rooms are very nice. Highly recommend them. They even gave us discount tickets to nearby restaurants.
