Quite possibly our last visit to LaQuinta after all these years. Checkin took way too long because there was only one desk person to handle a crowd of people, and this was 7 PM. Once in the room, we discovered that the closet door wouldn't close. At 9 AM the next morning there was a knock on the door, housekeeping. We said "not now". When leaving for the day, did not put the "Do Not Disturb" hangtag on the door. Came back from our activities around 9 PM and discovered that housekeeping never showed up. Conveniently located off the highway without noise from the road. Pet friendly. Which i appreciate since I travel with two dogs. Room was spacious. Grounds are kept pretty clean. Key card entrance for the side door actually locks and works as it should which is hard to find lately in a hotel. I will stay again next time im in town.
La Quinta Inn offers fantastic quality for the price. Check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. With a fresh complimentary breakfast and a convenient location, you really get maximum value for your dollar. Highly recommended for a hassle-free, budget-friendly stay.
When i called to book the room I thought the number was directly to the hotel and apparently it wasn't. The website stated they had s pool and hot tub and I even asked on the phone if they were up and running and the woman said yes. We get there and there is no pool it hasn't been open since 2016, they claim they have tried to take it off the website but can't. The walls and floor above are very thin you could hear EVERYTHING. Very disappointed with this stay. Breakfast was okay. Probably will not be staying here again.
