Was a day late on my original booking/booking was cancelled by hotel w/o a call. Would not refund or adjust dates. Had to purchase nights again. They said I had to get ahold of the booking agency, which I did, which in turn said they had to get ahold of the hotel, which said there was not a manager to discuss. It’s almost been a week and no answer. Just tried to contact agency again and the bot said can’t find booking!!!! The room is great! The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because I had a problem with the sheets being harsh and scratchy. I wish they would find softer sheets or at least add fabric softener!
Nice big room. Extra clean. Extra cold.
Always stay here, great people very clean, easy to get to
