The front desk person was so helpful at check in. I had made an error in my booking and he fixed it immediately. The breakfast was really good as well!
Totally recommend this facility. Very clean and comfortable.
Ive stayed at this hotel on my trips to Tyler, TX with no problem before. I'm a Disabled Vet needing an accessible room and quiet place to rest. I checked into hotel on a Fri evening and it was clean, but I had a funeral the next day. The room above me kept being loud and throwing stuff and stomping at 10:30pm. The front desk wouldn't contact the room to ask them to be quiet at 11pm, 12:36am call. I had to put in earbuds and could still hear them.
