Natalie and DIEGO WERE an amazing host THEY was so awsome ill never stay at any other hotel but here. Had 4 helpers say the same thing she helped us with keys was kind to direct us to ice buckets and also helped us understand breakfast as we are new here it was amazing service.and diego is and was so attentive and resposible !!!
Clean, Clean, Clean! Everything was spotless. The room was clean and comfortable with only one exception. I could not figure out the tv.(See picture) It says push "ok" for full screen. I pushed it multiple times and multiple ways. A short push, a long push and push while I was standing on one leg. Nothing. I did not call for help because I was already in my pj's, so I watched the same local channel in the little frame. The bed was comfy! Has a coffee make, fridge and microwave.
