Hotel and staff were top notch! Very clean room and up to date

I had a wonderful experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Calvin. From the moment I called before my stay with a few questions, he was exceptionally attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. He went well above and beyond to make sure my family’s needs were met, and his level of customer service was truly outstanding. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
I paid for my room at the La Quinta Inn & Suites Midtown on 51st. A housekeeper barged in without knocking while I was still asleep. Then a manager came pounding on my door screaming that I wasn’t supposed to be there. He made me come downstairs and continued yelling at me in the lobby in front of everyone, refusing to listen even when I tried showing him my check-in.
