I sat on the bed and the frame broke. Im 120lbs. I reported it and the receptionist said, " sorry" I went to go get ice and the ice machine was not working. I reported it and was directed to use the icemachine on a different floor.
Great hotel!! Comfortable beds, big bathroom with shower and tub. The staff is super friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!
There's bed bugs everywhere one star for the room

For the most part, I did not have a complaint about the place in general. I did see one roach in a drawer and the beds in my humble opinion need to be changed I stayed in room #132 and that bed was not comfortable at all, we were sinking in the middle of the bed. The service was great and the free breakfast was good as well.
