Management is a JOKE AND NEED TO BE FIRED! Stayed there and our ac didnt work, mind you it was July! And by the 3rd time after a house keeper complained to Management about our room being extremely hot, the "manager" Clint came in cussing me out and threatening to kick us out if we said anything again about the ac not working. Also while there the washer and dryer were broken almost the whole time! We had to tell them multiple times about it. It's located off the highway and there are no sidewalks if you don't have a car to get to stores or places to eat. That doesn't affect the quality of service and the fact they have free coffee and snacks and a full breakfast which is awesome especially when I was one of the only people booked in. I found the staff to be very accommodating and professional which is awesome and they keep the rooms clean and quite.

My wife and I stayed here with my mother in law on our trip home worst hotel you'd be better off staying somewhere else our room had bed bugs imagine getting up at 3 am to bed bugs in your bed and then having to move rooms and wake your children up. My wife even caught a bed bug and put it in a cup to show the front desk it was disgusting. My best advice is find a different hotel they don't care if their hotel has bed bugs and the manager response was ridiculous.
