If I could give this place zero stars I would. We booked a night after traveling seven hours from Lubbock. When we got to the hotel they put us in a room on the third floor, and the elevators were broken. We had our children with us who were looking forward to swimming after being in the car all day, But the pool was down. This was the main motivator for getting this hotel room to begin with. Management is a JOKE AND NEED TO BE FIRED! Stayed there and our ac didnt work, mind you it was July! And by the 3rd time after a house keeper complained to Management about our room being extremely hot, the "manager" Clint came in cussing me out and threatening to kick us out if we said anything again about the ac not working. Also while there the washer and dryer were broken almost the whole time! We had to tell them multiple times about it. It's located off the highway and there are no sidewalks if you don't have a car to get to stores or places to eat. That doesn't affect the quality of service and the fact they have free coffee and snacks and a full breakfast which is awesome especially when I was one of the only people booked in. I found the staff to be very accommodating and professional which is awesome and they keep the rooms clean and quite.
