The hot breakfast was terrible. Eggs that were saturated with water,, bacon that was so thin you could almost see through it and sausage that was undercooked. We opted to skip it all together on day two. There were two regular coffees in the room which were drank on the first day and not refilled so no coffee in the room day two. Towels were not replenished and we were told that we could come down and physically pick up towels ourselves at the front desk or we could call and request that they bring up towels for day two. Service was great and the price was good for what you get. Rooms were fine and everything was clean. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and the food and front desk staff were above average. Decent sized pool and a kiddie pool with a slide and some fountains and stuff. Hot tub was nice after a long day at the mall of America. Would visit again
Great place for my son's birthday party. I would recommend adding more seating into the pool area. We were on the first floor and could hear the ice machine running off and, on all night,- wasn't the best night of sleep but the beds and room were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, hot coffee, eggs, sausage- will be back!!
