Hotel is in a great place but far away from most of the services in town. It’s really not super close to the airport. It does have a fueling station and small plaza with a Wendy’s nearby which makes it a little more tolerable so you don’t have to drive a long distance to get basics. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the free breakfast was okay. The eggs were hard like they were made night before or leftover from the previous breakfast. Biggest win? They had a family suite which gave everyone a bed of their own after a long day of traveling. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay again!
Always enjoy our stay in the family suite. I would’ve given it a five rating but the swimming pool was out of service and the grandkids were looking forward to it.
The room was very clean and spacious. We loved that it is pet friendly, and not expensive. The price of our stay was reasonable.
Didn’t even make it to the reservation before they called fishing for a cancellation. Manager doesn’t seem capable of showing any skill of customer service what so ever. This experience has put me and my family in a very uncomfortable situation because of this establishments inability to hold good to their reservation.
