2025: Reduced from 5 to 4 stars. 1 of 2 elevators appeared to be out for most of my stay resulting in long waits or use of stairs to access a 4th floor room. Towels were picked up one day and not restocked. Received an email to "pre-check-in" but all the same info was requested again when I arrived. No other issues. This is among the best of the La Quinta brand hotels. We highly recommend it.
Manager Lorin.... I hope you get to read this... Big shocker, we’re still wondering if any service personnel ever came back to RM105 to fix the horrible A/C rattle. My money is NOPE!!!! We checked in for a 3 day trip to SLC and booked this La Quinta a second time because our first stay was so nice. What a mistake that was. Thursday when we arrived after a long all day drive we pretty much grabbed some dinner from a local eatery and came back our room for some RnR. NOT!!!!
