Staff were great. The facilities were disappointing: the pool was shut down the whole time I was there, and the fitness room had a very potent off gassing plastic smell and no way to get fresh air in there; it was impossible to stay in for more than 30 seconds. The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. The breakfast was meh which is unfortunately the hotel industry standard; it had the usual cheap sausage and powdered scrambled eggs, bad coffee, watery juice, waffle maker, etc. Bottom line I would not stay here again.
