I would never stay here. I called 4 times and couldn't get anyone to speak with me. Then I contacted Wyndham, waited on hold for 20 minutes and still no resolution. The service is horrible and the general manager, Ms. Gonzalez is not any help. She didn't answer calls and even had her staff say to call back when they knew she would be gone.
I loved everything about the hotel until my kids and I had to find another room at another hotel. I think we checked in on that Friday, and check out was that Saturday at 11. Well, I decided we were going to stay until Sunday. During check-in, I had informed the lady with the missing teeth at the front desk that we were going to need to stay until Sunday.
