Surprised and disappointed on how unkept and rundown this place is. We checked in around 12:30 am on thanksgiving day- around 130 am we realized the AC wasn’t working. We told the front desk- he pretty much told us he can either give us a refund and we can go somewhere else (how inconvenient because if the time of day and after we already took everything down from our car) or he would give us a another room but it wouldn’t have the two queen beds like we needed. My boyfriend and I stayed there in 2017. He passed away a few weeks later. The service was amazing there and the room was beautiful. Thank you for showing us a great time and made great memories there. I will never forget the kindness shown to us
After reading the reviews, I should have trusted them and chosen a different hotel. Unfortunately, the negative feedback from other guests proved to be accurate. My primary concern was the unacceptable level of customer service I experienced, specifically from an employee named Nick, who identified himself as the manager. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he stated that he answered to no one, and that he does not answer to a supervisor. Manager refuses to call back. Tried twice, left a message. Left a number with front desk. Nothing. Maybe a mistake, maybe it's greed, maybe incompetentcy. Be careful when dealing with this hotel. It is a decent place, it's clean, felt safe. Could use more than just one lamp in the room. This is really more worthy of 4-5 stars, I'm just disappointed I couldn't get a hold of the manager regarding a simple $25 refund for a day my dog wasn't there at all. Its just silly, and completely preventable.
