What an awesome stay we experienced. Was greeted coming to the desk big smile after a long ride was very appreciated the room on the 2nd floor facing traffic was wonderful clean smelled nice the workout room was a big surprise was nice had everything anyone needed to stay healthy the room was real nice quit being on the main street bed slept like a baby shower was nice just the whole experience was top notch breakfast was great we enjoyed it got us ready for or big day upon leaving the young lady she was just an awesome pers... read more
The room was nice and clean, but it was quite noisy. The AC is loud and I don't think our room was well insulated since we could constantly hear our neighbors and the cleaning services. The breakfast was just okay. Edit: we also never found an ice machine and the shower was Very slippery.
Beto is a very nice staff, always willing to help us for valet parking!
Beto always does a great job valeting and is always welcoming and friendly.
The location is amazing, right downtown with easy access to freeways and local venues. Sylvia at the front desk has been extremely helpful each time I stay here, and the valet Beto is very kind and accommodating. I stay here every few months because the atmosphere, location, and price cannot be beat- plus the hotel itself is very new with clean spacious rooms and modern updated amenities- better than most of Hilton hotels in the area and is great for accessibility needs as well.
