If you want to be disappointed, this is definitely the place to come. My friends and I checked into this hotel on August 27 between 9:00 and 9:30 PM, and the problems started immediately. The first thing we disliked was the service at the front desk. The employee working there seemed completely unprofessional and either inexperienced or simply not trained for this job. Very disappointing experience — poor room condition, inconvenient location, and unacceptable service Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. A 10/10 place. Friendly staff, quick check- in/out Breakfast was good. The staff took a moment to get a smile on the face of my baby, which it will always be so much appreciated.
