My toilet is over flowing as I write this. Told the young lady up front that it was plugged over an hour ago and she was like okay. I just told her again that it is over flowing here we are 20 minutes later and still no plundger.
We arrived at 10.30pm after an 11hr overseas flight. We had booked a king bed and upon arrival and the receptionist was taking a long time. 15 minutes in i asked her what was the issue and she said she was looking for a king bed...that they only had a room with 2 queen beds. That was the first disappointment. Buyer beware: this hotel has two buildings and we were put in the furthest location. You'll pay for parking, $19/night, pray your room doesn't face the freeway, the airport shuttle has very limited hours, you have to join the rewards program to get their 'free' wifi... plus we pulled in as the police car arrived. Never again.
Super cómodo las habitaciones tienen su nevera los colchones de las camas muy cómodos el hotel en general es muy cómodo y las personas que nos atienden son muy amables tengo que resaltar el personal que nos atendió en el desayuno son increíblemente amables siempre pendiente de lo que necesitamos doña María,Gabriela y el señor José me encantaron los felicito por todo si van a san Francisco les recomiendo este hotel 💯
