1. First check in was great! Stephany couldn’t have been nicer!!!! 2. Pet arrives after being her for 3 days had to move to a different room. First room was a king now I have 2 queens. Not happy. Go to room after a long day of cleaning out a hoarders house to discover no hot water. In the morning toilet overflows (just peed) told front desk maintenance was to have fixed. Karla and Meadow were lovely. They were both so kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Meadow and Emma were absolutely amazing! Fantastic customer service, and always met me witg positivity. I felt very welcomed every time I walked into the lobby.
