Wir waren vor 3 Tagen im LaQuinta in WestPlano und waren sehr zufrieden deswegen buchten wir wieder ein LaQuinta. Leider entsprach es nicht dem Standard wie in WestPlano. Das Hotel hat 2 Gebäude, das sagte uns aber die Dame an der Rezeption nicht und wir gingen mit schweren Koffern natürlich ins falsche Gebäude, da auch nicht gut ausgeschildert. Im Zimmer erwartete uns ein defektes Rollo das wir selbst reparierten. Der TV funktionierte an beiden Tagen nicht. Den Zimmerservice kann ich auch nicht beurteilen weil er am Freitag... read more
We walked into our room and there was water on the floor, when asked for a different room they said they were completely booked and offered towels for the water, it was late so we decided to spend the night and figure things out in the morning, when they didn’t bring the towels I send downstairs to get them and the lady at the front desk had such an attitude… then the keys stopped working and had to wait over half an hour for someone to show up at the front desk to give me keys I could use to get in my room… the elevator tak... read more
The people working are excellent. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was hot. The price is awesome. It is an older building, but it was a very nice stay.
I stayed in a King Suite Room after booking a King room, I transferred bc the door locking mechanism didn't work and that's very concerning. The King Suite had same issue, they need to fix their doors, another guest mentioned the same issue. Overall the King Suite was very spacious, clean and has a Jacuzzi tub, I was not able to enjoy the Jacuzzi fully, staff did not know if it operates. Housekeeping lady told me it does as I was checking out. They need to have a note in the room since staff is unaware, that part was disappo... read more
