I took my son on a staycation and we have been wanting to try this location. When we got there, there front desk girl was on her cell phone and didn’t even acknowledge us until she was done doing whatever she was doing! Not even a hello! Got to the room and it was NOT CLEAN! Hair in the shower, the soap dish wasn't even attempted to be cleaned or wiped down, etc. I paid almost $200 as a pleasure for my small family and it was nothing but a disappointment! Warning! Toxic smells. We stayed for 2 nights and checked out. I brought up the smell issue when we checked in. It only got worse. The management continued to be unconcerned. The city of Round Rock also showed an unconcerned attitude. There were babies and children staying there.

Excellent rooms and staff. My little dog has cardiologist appointments near here and it works perfectly to stay the night before. Thanks

We had a great stay, but the staff truly went above and beyond when my son forgot his iPad in the room. They responded immediately, kept it safe, stayed in constant communication, and were incredibly kind throughout the process. We were able to recover it without any issues. We’re very grateful for their honesty and outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Very new and attractive hotel. Desk staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the coffee very good. The attractive bar in the lobby opens at 6 pm. Quiet location and casual restaurants nearby.
