Arrived after a 4 hour drive, having what I believed was a confirmation from a group block for a volleyball tournament. They couldn't find a confirmation of my reservation, despite me showing the room block reservation confirmation that was made through the volleyball organization. The front desk person did nothing to help try to correct the issue and they offered no solution. Rebooked at Hilton next door, who was super helpful on getting us accommodate. Rooms clean, nice location, beds were so comfortable that our last night I actually thought “oh this is my last night in this bed” with a little sadness in my heart
Absolutely comfortable beds and pillows! Super clean rooms. Adequate breakfast. 10 out of 10 experience.
