Great apt to stay, excellent staff, rain got in the way of pool adventure, but overall great stay!!
Was displaced due to a mold infestation in my apartment. Tried the La Quinta by RDU - awful! Came here instead. Totally opposite experience. Jonathan at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, along with all the other staff. I saw Jonathan the most, and he really was a bright spot in my day. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is great, too, with grocery stores, restaurants nearby. I enjoyed spending time in the lobby - very open and spacious. Free breakfast was nice, too. Thanks!
After long traveling it was great to get my room and rest.
I stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Raleigh Cary with my 6-year-old daughter, and it was one of the most stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I first stayed from 07/23 to 07/25. During that time, we had no hot water. I reported it to the staff, and several different men came in and out of our room trying to fix it for over an hour.
