We have a service dog. When we arrived with him, we were informed that our room would have to be changed to a "pet friendly" room because we had the dog. According to ADA law, service dogs are not restricted to pet friendly rooms; we should not have been made to switch rooms. During checkout the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude and tried to fraudulently run my card again to charge another night as it was checking out and also stole my cash deposit I do not recommend this place
The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and super helpful. They seem to be doing all the jobs, checking folks in, driving the shuttle, making sure the breakfast buffet stayed stocked, these two women rocked! Whatever you are paying them, it definitely is not enough… The room was nice, clean, good. But it is the people that make the difference…
Wasn't the best but wasn't the absolute worst. Elevator wasn't working. The rooms definitely need some work. Our ceiling was pretty bad. Breakfast did the job. Parking was good and the location nice since it was close what we needed.
Absolute disaster right from the check in process and everything for this property. We have stayed at so many La Quinta Properties all over the country and this has been the worst experience within an hour of check in: 1. We had booked a suite for 2 nights almost 1 month ago. At the time of check in we were told they don't have the suite available as they were overbooked. The check in person Abdeil was the most rude and seemed completely untrained.
