Always clean rooms and friendly staff! Can not go wrong staying here!
Absolutely the best service ever! They were so kind with our little baby and toddler. I've never felt so welcome.
I had a really bad experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast included was crap, the service was terrible, the front desk agents claimed they were new and didn’t know how to run their systems and did not understand how to work their own systems. They ran out of coffee, food and juice, and another guest simply asked if there was more and then the front desk agent just said “I don’t know” and kept doing her thing. This is bad place to stay and I hope more people can read this so they won’t stay here whatsoever.
Just plain rude to put people in rooms with the construction right outside their windows. The room smells like the carpet looks, which is gross. The ac is thick with dust. The girl at check-in had me swipe 3 different cards, saying they were declined even though my screen said approved all 3 times. She said they just do that. She put me in the room right next to where the construction is being done. It's all I can hear coming through the bathroom fan and the building is literally vibrating.
