I am writing this to express serious concerns regarding our recent stay at the La Quinta Inn in Pomona, California. We specifically chose this hotel because of a wonderful experience we previously had at your Las Vegas location, where the staff went out of their way to be helpful and supportive with our sick cat. Unfortunately, our stay in Pomona was the complete opposite, and it quickly became one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
