We requested ground floor due to handicap and put on 5th floor. We were given keys. They didn’t work. Given another set and they didn’t work either. After the second set didn’t work we requested a refund. Clerk couldn’t do it and said we had to talk to the manager who wouldn’t be in until Monday. The clerk was unprofessional and told us many times she didn’t know how to cancel our reservation or check us out. Needless to say, we went to a different motel. Staff was kind and helpful, but property is very run down. Key cards frequently don’t work. Side doors always propped open so it didn’t feel particularly safe. The first room we stayed in reeked of sewage and had several stains on the couch and carpet. They moved us rooms, which was very kind, but still very inconvenient having to wake my husband up every night when I returned from my event because my key card wouldn’t work. This is an awful place. The hotel & rooms are old & dingy. Customer service is not good. When we walked in woman checking us in was not happy to see us as she was sitting on a couch in lobby watching the football game & was bothered to have to get off the couch to check us in. We stayed one night & checked out immediately the next day & checked into a nicer hotel. Do not stay at this hotel, you will be disappointed!
Best staff and Breakfast ive encountered at a hotel and very nice pool area. 3 star review because this hotel needs alot of updates. Beds are tiny place kinda stinks. All in all its old but its not the worst stay, it also wasnt the cheapest it was the second cheapest for us but it was also closest to where we needed to be.
