Derek at front desk was very nice and helpful
Aida at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, I called ahead to let them know I was running a bit late and would arrive after midnight, staff member that answered the phone was cool and said no worries see you then, they then proceeded to charge my card that I have locked unless I authorize the purchase. Without mentioning that. Being that the charge declined they canceled my reservation. They wouldn’t accept my card and gave me and my wife a Hard time checking in and gave us the wrong room. Rebecca, Derek, and Jonathan were amazing!! They were so helpful. Excellent customer service. So pleased to end my long day of driving with their help. Great room also!!
