Rooms are at most okay and somewhat clean. The crew and management suck. No coffee and dirty eating area. The juice machine was also empty. If you don't want any customer service, this is your place.

I don’t know how this hotel is getting good reviews. My room had no iron, no blow dryer, 2 lightbulbs burned out, and the shower curtain was full of holes! Here’s a close up pic.
A wonderful stay from start to finish! The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming—would happily stay here again!
