We wanted to check in at 3:30 in the morning after the family member we were supposed to stay with didnt answer the door or phone. We figured that since half the night was gone, if they had a room available, they would be glad to gain an extra $75 they would have otherwise not earned. No, turns out, they did have available rooms, but charge $168... because of a "late check in fee".... Is this not the hospitality business? They lost out on money and future customers.
The staff was nice. The room was just okay. The doors to the closet did not close and the toilet paper holder is falling out of the wall. The room had lots of weird noises in the night, not sure if it was the fridge or what. To watch TV you have to go through this weird process with your phone and hook up to it. The bed was not bad. We probably will not stay there again.
Always clean and the bed was soooooo comfortable
