Hi wants to share this to management. I was not able to write not able to file a complaint legally as I was a visitor and traveling. I have encountered a problem while visiting. I have booked the room by using booking.com at the moment when needed. But the guy over there charged me extra 75$ saying it’s a deposit which will be automatically credited to my account within 7 days which I have not received ever. Kindly check the records I was there on May 29 around 12 to 2 Am.
This hotel needs to clean its room better and make sure no dead critters still exist and luckily our family only have one night here but my daughter will not just ignore the uncleanliness she sees.
Richard say his manager Randy says we aren't allowed to sit in the breakfast area after breakfast hours. We just needed to sit down somewhere to call our Uber ride. Poor customer service. On top of the hotel being run down and old and dirty the staff was also lousy
