The registration staff member was very friendly. She greeted us every time we passed by. Our room with a kingbed was very spacious. I like that the hotel reduces waste by using larger containers in the shower. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be helpful. I enjoyed the birds outside our windows. The breakfast area had a variety of hot and cold breakfast items and there was an attentive staff person keeping items stocked and keeping the area clean and maintained.

The staff are professional and very helpful. They made sure my stay, my comfort and my accommodations for me and my pets were met. Brandi the night front dest clerk was very sweet and went above and beyond what was expected. I am glad she took care of me. U had problems with my A/C and Amanda the maintenance lady was very professional. She was prompt and quick to fix my issue. The next day I spoke with the GM Karla was very polite and professional.
