They charged for a room I never occupied. They never sent me a confirmation email. When I called the Inn, no one answered. I called to speak to the manager and the front desk person refused to connect me to him and I was told he was going to call me back. Never did. Don't come here. Very dishonest people.
Checked in on 1/31/26 and immediately upon entering the room my daughter found a cockroach crawling across the dresser under the TV. I proceeded to take my phone flashlight and looked all around the room. It was dirty, and after opening the door to where the refrigerator was and an EVEN bigger cockroach running around. My daughter freaked and we brought all stuff back to front desk. They claim no one ever complained about this and offered a different room on a different floor. Went to new room and still dirty. The front staff immediately responded and corrected a concern we had and that was grately appreciated. That goes a long we us. We would definitely recommend this location.
Floors could use a good vacuum and soft comfy bedding
