It was after 5pm when I arrived. Everyone was helpful and nice! The hotel.com I booked with didn’t have it in the system so I had to rebook with hotel and the manager had me contact them but it took a while to get ahold of them so she accommodated me with the same room for same price I laid at hotel.com. The next day staff was great and accommodating as well. I was upset at the hotel site and ready to leave but the evening manager customer service and willingness to help me made stay. The door didn’t close by itself and there were bugs!! In the bed. On the walls. On the lamp. And when I notified the front desk, she didn’t seem too concerned! I showed her pictures as well. She asked to look at my phone and after 5-10 minutes went by she came back to tell me nothing they can do, it happens! I expected more from a high end hotel
Every LaQuinta Inn has been wonderful but this one is exceptional! Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. The lady at the front desk was superb - quick and multitasking. A definite place to stay!
Never have I been to a Laquita our any hotel in my life with the customer service you have here. I was greeted by a young kid sitting with his side piece and another gentlemen drinking a tall boy as I walked into the establishment, I was given room 319 on the 3rd floor. Upon reaching said room we were greeted with loud obnoxious music and people screaming and running at 12am!
