Room was great (311) breakfast was a bust. Cold everything and no coffee. Told the staff and got an attitude from the attendant and the front desk. Smh
Security latch on the door was broken and useless, the bathroom door dragged on the floor and wouldn’t even come close to shutting, if an elderly guest got this room I doubt they could open/shut this door😳 One thing all hotels should have by default is hot water, I took a lukewarm bath the night we got in and the next morning my shower was cold, the hot water would surge for about 2 minutes then go back to cold…..do better😟 Didn't feel too safe due to all of the random people just hanging out in the parking lot, probably n... read more
Ms August gave some of the best service I've ever had. Clean, stylish rooms, great AC, fairly solid breakfast. Newsmax playing in the lobby immediately made me want to avoid this place in future though.
