I was greeted at the front desk by Lasonja, who couldn’t have been more pleasant. She wore a great smile and was cheerful and helpful, something that you don’t find very often anymore. I had called earlier and asked if there would be room for me to park since i was pulling a camper, and whoever answered the phone said that there would be room and when i pulled up, i had no problems finding a place to park. Booked through expedia and accidentally booked Meridian Mississsippi instead of Meridian Idaho so called within 10 minutes to cancel and Laquinta phones were down so could not get refund. Expedia emailed and they denied refund TWICE even though we didn't stay the night at all. Greedy money hungry . Does not want to make customer happy. Would not recommend does not care about customers.

Clean hotel, good breakfast (even had chicken for breakfast), quiet, and spacious. Only thing that was annoying was the wall thermostat.

I was a very difficult customer and not once did they make me feel unwelcome or unheard. Rooms were clean, breakfast was always hot, and the service was fantastic. I was in town for a month and stayed here nearly the whole time. It’s nice to stay at a hotel where you feel like the staff cares. Their booking service doesn’t work with 3rd party booking so beware you may not be in their system especially if you make your reservation day of. First time staying in a La Quinta on an overnight stay and glad I did. Modern hotel interior and exterior design in the middle of nowhere which my teens said. Great mid-level hotel with great breakfast, only con was breakfast staff wasn't attentive to food replinishment that food was out at times. Of the 5 hotels we stayed on a long drive trip, this is comparable to Radisson West Memphis but better breakfast. Sure wish we had time to dip in the indoor pool.
