Stayed for a couple of nights, the elevator needs some work and is very jolly, the rooms were okay though the floors didnt feel very clean and the shower head had quite some build up. When we checked out the next day we were charged an extra $150 for "trashing" the room. Sure there was a couple things I forgot to put next to the trash can but apparently leaving trash in the bin or next to it is also considering trashing the room too. Rooms were okay but the floor was a little grimey, sheets were clean and everything. Then when were left we got charged $150 for a cleaning fee because the room was "trashed." They sent us a couple of pictures of some trash on that fell on the floor next to the trash bin. What a joke, save your money unless you pack your trash out with you. Pictures attached of our "trashed" room, you decide if that's worth an extra $150 before you go there.
I checked in expecting a tired-but-tidy room and got something else entirely: the door stuck, the keycard needed three tries, and the “welcome” scent was a weird mix of stale air and faint citrus that did nothing to distract from the grime. The sheets had hairs on them and the duvet smelled faintly of smoke despite a non‑smoking sign; the bathroom grout looked like it had been collecting mildew for years, the minibar shelf was sticky, and there was a damp patch in the carpet you couldn’t ignore. We arrived a bit early for our check-in which was no big deal for us to wait. We checked in at 3pm, but we're told the room wasn't ready. We waited an additional 30 minutes. The phone in our room didn't work at all which was weird. My son fell twice at the pool while getting in. He was not injured thankfully, but there's no mats near the pool entrance.
