We were charged 60$ for what they said was a damaged linen and when we asked to see it they did not know where it was and a manager wasn't going to be in until Monday and they were really rude about it.. We did not ruin any linen, we did nothing to any linen...
It's a fancy expensive motel, but I was refued service and lied to by the front desk on 06 November 2025. Because there was so much overflow from port Collins in the lighting of their Christmas light. I'm not here for the lighting of the Christmas lights. I'm here for energy work. And so was refused service and I have checked multiple reservation systems and boy. Oh boy. The motel is empty on 07 Friday. Oh yes, 07 Friday, 2025. It is empty. So I got lied to at a La Quinta. Thank you to the cleaning staff , the room was very clean. However, the air conditioner was either broken or extremely old. It sounded like an airplane jet every time it kicked on and kept us awake all night. I let the front desk know. They didn’t offer any kind of discount or anything other than saying they would let maintenance know. I asked if they could talk to the manager and give us some kind of discount for the sleepless night that we paid $165 for. No response or follow through from the manager. I agree with the general consensus of this hotel: they offer clean rooms and have friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfiness of their beds which were on the plush side. I did see any recycling bins among the premises so I carried my empty cans offsite. The art in the rooms were lovely. The entire room had lights on the whiter end of the Kelvin spectrum which was rough ( but that only matters to weirdos like myself who are sensitive to light).
