Really hard to give this place 1 star. The staff was very nice during our stay and the room was as expected, but customer service to rectify a mistake has been incredibly disappointing. We were sent over by TownPlace in Loveland on 9/29 because they could not honor our reservation there. They provided La Quinta with card information to charge but, apparently, without sufficient information to complete the transaction. Our first date night. The room we had was great. ADA friendly and an incredible view. (Third floor ) The front desk lady took time to find us a local place for dinner. Really nice.
Megan is amazing! She's always warm and friendly, fair and so kind. If you want a nice place to stay this location is great and when the manager is awesome it makes a huge difference. She makes this place special.
I have been staying at la quintas for quite some time and I have never stayed at one so horrible as the one in loveland. Rooms are dirty and they blame you for the mess. When you try to talk to the manager she is rude and won't give you her title "manager" you have to guess she's the manager I don't know if she's just afraid of getting complaints.
