This was a wonderful experience!
If I could give it zero stars I would. This place treats their customers like royal crap! They called and demanded a credit card the day we were leaving from Arizona to charge. We gave it to them. Long story, short sky, Harbor, Airport, and all of Phoenix floods due to a horrible storm. We can’t get out we let them know. They take over a week to get back to me claiming that Megan the manager will call me back for a refund or at least a partial refund due to literally an act of God. We stay here every Fall. This year we had a little snafu scheduling and Christine at the front desk took great care of us. The breakfast is good too. Lots of choices hot and cold. Beds are really comfy!
Was charged $100 for the room “smelling like smoke” which is crazy because we absolutely did not smoke in the room. Took over a week of calling about the charge to even get that answer. Absolutely insane. Book elsewhere.
Very nice room although when starting the water for our morning showers, the shower head blew off and soaked everything! Waiting to hear back from them to see if we will receive a break on our charges.
