Excercise equipment broken. Pool not clean. Rooms ok but had to be moved twice at checking due to broken AC/heater making noises. Front desk is completely disfunctional when looking for answers to problems. Seemed to be a lack of real caring for the customer. Every issue has to go through the manager they kept saying
Prices are double for what you pay in a mid scale hotel..I found the accommodations basic & outdated. Breakfast was mundane Customer Service cheking In & Checking out was AOK sorry wouldn't stay here again, or any LaQuinta
Very rude management and way overpriced. We had our family stay here, while visiting us. Our house is under construction, and we thought that this would be nicer for them. The location was great. Very close to our home. We were charged over $250 per night, and the service was terrible. The breakfast ran out by 8am and the towels were not replaced by the maids. So no towels on the 2nd day. I felt so bad for my family. This was an awful place to have them stay.
This hotel is definitely 5 . I've learned to always go to Google reviews. You obtain more accurate rating. Very pleased with room, bed, bath and staff.
I just read Jeff D's review, and I understand how he feels. I accidently booked (through a third party) for the wrong date. But we were there and decided to book a room through them anyway (which was $40 more). So I figured they would reimburse me for the upcoming stay (which was the next weekend) but NO. Megan is blaming the third party but Megan has to release the funds so the third party can reimburse. But Megan refused to do this. This is morally and just plain wrong to do this to people!
