I was hear for a funeral and had an amazing experience other than issues with the hot water. The staff were very professional and so sweet for the most part. Dakota was absolutely wonderful and so patient and understanding. That poor girl had to deal with some insanely rude guests. They were yelling at her in the lobby because of damages they caused to the room!!! She handled it professional. I can't believe the nerve of some people!! Called within an hour of placing a reservation to cancel, would not waive a fee when it has been less than an hour. Horrible policy and service.
Beware you want get your 100.00 deposit back and your room want be cleaned i was there for 4 night's not once did our room get cleaned had to ask for fresh towels to shower and my 100.00 deposit gone I had to pay for stolen shower curtain and towels and a bed cover never again....you may want to bring your own towels and wash rags, and your own sheets!!!!
My mother and I stayed here for a little weekend away together and we had an amazing time. Dakota at the front desk checked us in and made it a wonderful stay. She was more than happy to help with anything we needed help with. Our TV and heater messed up but Dakota was able to get it fixed for us. We will definitely stay again. The only complaint we have it thr website said it has a hot tub but doesn't.
reserved and paid for a handicap room. when we got there, sorry gave room away for the first night, but can have it the rest of your stay, next day, SORRY gave it away to someone staying longer. went to a different hotel. all they do is lie.
