We stayed for 10 days and from the time we checked in we were greeted with smiles and very professional and knowledgeable people at front desk. Wonderful hotel and we will certainly recommend it.!!!!!!!
Room was a corner room that was larger than is typical but the seating area was in a small awkward nook in the corner that faced a window but could not see the TV. Not really useful. The bathroom sink does not have a door so getting dress in the morning disturbs others in the room. The shower was tall, had good pressure but is a fiberglass shell which is "cheap" feeling. Hotel rooms need a lot of TLC but the staff were great, very friendly. The breakfast area was well kept and nice.
I've been staying in Vegas in different hotels for the last two months, and this has been the most comfortable hotel thus far. Location is in a great part of town with many restaurants within walking distance. Room service is daily and top notch, and the Front Desk was always pleasant and helpful.
