I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas. Due to an unexpected situation, Copa Airlines arranged my stay at your hotel and confirmed that I could check in with my three cats by paying a pet fee. However, upon arrival, the staff member who assisted me treated me in a very disrespectful and dismissive manner. Just south of the airport. Surprisingly quiet.
All overall good. Bed was horrible, at minimum needs and rotation of the mattress
