Great looking hotel, modern, updated, friendly staff. The 4 star review is because the room smelled like someone smoked in it or it was in need of being aired out.
The staff here is so very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed every day that we have been here this summer. And it’s very comfortable.
The lady checking me in wasn't friendly. Room is ok. Bed was ok, pillows are to soft. Couldn't get a good temperature in the room. They don't have conditioner. Dogs were barking on my floor. People were having a gathering below my room outside. They ran out of coffee at breakfast, they didn't attempt to replenish too busy talking to each other. Reply: Staff told us they don't have conditioner when we asked for it. Asked for coffee and was ignored.
