We stayed one night. The kids next door to us screamed and ran around. We asked for and received a room change. The front desk was pleasant and helpful and moved us. The second room was nice but we couldn't get the heat to work. It was very cold in the room. The front desk tried to help over the phone, but everything we tried did not work. We were very tired from a long day of traveling and shut everything off, climbed under the covers with some of our clothes on to stay warm and went to bed. Was a little bit of a distance from the airport, but other than that it was very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff was curious.

A very nice place all the way around. However, they need to get better pillows. Seriously, the pillows are shaped like thick cubes. they are not rectangular like regular pillows. and they are pretty hard so that they are very difficult to sleep on.And if you're not careful, your head falls off of it. this might be a minor complaint, but it sure would be nice to get a better night's sleep.
