First time the room was perfectly fine for a one-night stay. Tonight’s room stinks of cigarette smoke & the furniture is falling apart. Roll the dice or find another spot!
The hotel staff is always so friendly!!
I worked with Shawn, a concierge’s worker. They were excellent. They gave me over 19 excellent recommendations of places to have date night or otherwise.
I understand that it's COVID, but when you advertise a hot breakfast and run out of the only hot item (microwavable Jimmy Dean sandwiches)...

Air conditioning in my room worked well. Shower was hot. Free muffin, granola bar and orange juice for breakfast. Bed was comfortable. WiFi seems to work fine.
